Provincial nominees: How to apply—Application kit

To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory.

New: Applicants who have been nominated in a Business, Self-Employed or Entrepreneur stream or category must complete Schedule 4A Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees – Business Nominees form in addition to Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees form.
